Creation Through Creating

Creation is a beautiful action that we all possess.  Whether you believe we were formed out of nothing or formed by a master crafter, we were all created.

Because we were created, formed of crafted, we were made to create. When we think about all the things that were made, we link them back to someone who reached down within and fashioned items that have made life easier or enjoyable.

Back in the day, people created tools, bowls, and hunting items.  Most may have never thought that the creations of these things were the act of creating, even though they were meant to assist them in hunting, cooking and building, without the ideal or desire to create, those things wouldn’t have been made.

I scripted the above to state that, we have the innate ability to create.  None of us lack this skill.  Although we may not be a natural at creating some things, we are still able to tap into our innate ability to create something that is innately us.

What skill do you have that you have been meaning to tap into?  What type of enjoyment have you always wondered about but never took the initiative to do?

*Important: We all have our own separate definition on what creativity is. Do not go by someone else’s definition. Define your own meaning and run with it, as long as it doesn’t hurt or affect anyone else’s well being.

Tips on igniting your creativity

  • Think about the things you enjoy doing

  • Spend some time exploring different interest

  • Journal what gives you fulfillment out of the event
