Taking care of you! know when enough is enough
Taking care of you is the most important job in the world. You are the only you there will be. If you do not take care of you, other things will suffer, your health, finances, and relationships. Our care of self decides the outcome for life. Taking care of you consists of: fueling your mind, body, and soul.
Mind
Our mind is a powerful force that runs the body. When your mind is off balance, your body and soul quickly follow. Taking care of your mind consists of feeding it the right things such as: positive thoughts, eating the right carbohydrates, physical exercise, and taking a mind break when needed. If you incorporate these things into your daily routine, you will see a great difference in how you act, respond, and live out your life.
Body
The body is the temple that houses your mind and soul. Your body acts as a carrier and action vessel. It is the vessel that carries out what is in your mind and produces what you internally believe should happen in your life. Without you knowing, your body will react to your subconscious thought command.
It is important that you provide your body with the right things in order for your body to work properly. Your body is made up of amino acids, minerals, and vitamins. Without the proper balance of these things your body can miss fire. Providing your body with the right nutrients actually assist every aspect of you. I will discuss this in more detail in a later edition.
Soul
What is your soul? Your soul is you, who you are and your sense of creation. When we hold bad thoughts, feelings, or beliefs too long, your soul becomes sick. When your soul becomes sick, it will trigger your brain to release certain chemicals and overload your system. It is important that we as individuals make sure that our soul is maintained through assessing ourselves daily to see where we may be holding thoughts or feelings that can affect ourselves. The soul is a complicated being that will be discussed in a later issue.

Taking care of the Whole YOU.
Our mind, body and soul knows when we as a whole have had enough. However, this thing called “EGO” keeps us from taking a deeper look and dealing with the cause of the problem. We must learn to listen to our body to know when enough is enough.
To move us into proper care of the mind, body, and soul, it is important that we step back and take a hard look at ourself.
Mind: Look at what you are choosing to think upon the most. Decide if this (these) thoughts and helping you achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself.
Body:Take some time to deep breathe with your eyes fixed on an object to bring in more oxygen to your brain. Fuel your body with nourishing foods that give you energy.
Soul: Start your morning with positive quotes, affirmations, or spiritual readings. Allow those things to sink deep within before adding other outside disturbances. Take time to ask yourself what you have allowed to control your life.
When we take time to practice these tips, we will see a great difference in our our bodies will react, respond, and move differently.
If you want people to take you serious, you must take yourself seriously first. Be more than just words…commit to action !
